What this covers
This policy is issued by Fannera (company no. 17197430), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England. It lists every cookie and tracker used on fannera.com and on public artist/release pages we host, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. We do not use any tracker that is not listed here.
Non-essential trackers (Analytics, Marketing, Preferences) never load until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind anytime via . If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as rejecting all optional trackers.
Trackers in use
| Cookie / tracker | Purpose | Category | Provider | Duration | Data collected |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Authentication session | Keeps label users signed in securely. | Strictly necessary | Fannera (Lovable Cloud / Supabase Auth) | Session + refresh token | Session tokens tied to your account. |
| ll-cookie-consent-v2 | Remembers your cookie choices so we don't re-ask on every visit. | Strictly necessary | Fannera | 6 months | Your per-category consent choices and the date you made them. |
| First-party event counting | Counts page views and sign-up button clicks so we can improve the site. | Analytics | Fannera (first-party, no cookie, no cross-site identifier) | N/A — no cookie set | Page path and event type only. |
| ph_*_posthog (PostHog) | Product analytics and session replay: which pages and features are used, and how people move through the app, so we can improve it. Only set after you accept analytics cookies; removed again if you withdraw consent. | Analytics | PostHog, on its EU Cloud (eu.i.posthog.com), configured by Fannera | Set by PostHog (first-party cookie in your browser) | A randomly generated device identifier, page paths, in-app events and session replay of your interactions with our own pages. Signed-in users are identified by their account ID only — we do not send your email address, password or tokens. |
| Meta Pixel | Lets a label measure visits and conversions on its own release / smart-link pages. | Marketing | Meta Platforms (connected by the individual label) | Set by Meta (typically up to 90–180 days) | Page views and standard pixel events on the label's pages. |
| TikTok Pixel | Lets a label measure visits and conversions on its own release / smart-link pages. | Marketing | TikTok (connected by the individual label) | Set by TikTok | Page views and standard pixel events on the label's pages. |
| Stripe checkout cookies | Fraud prevention and payment processing during checkout. | Strictly necessary (payment) | Stripe | Set by Stripe | Device and fraud-prevention signals at checkout. |
Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel appear only on artist and release pages where the label that owns the page has connected its own pixel ID. They load only after you grant marketing consent, and the label (not Fannera) is the controller for the data its pixel collects.
Managing your choices
Open at any time to review or change per-category consent. We store your choice for six months, after which we ask again. Withdrawing consent never affects the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
