The Fannera website, brand, logo and software are the intellectual property of Fannera (company no. 17197430). You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Labels and artists retain full ownership of the content they upload to the platform — artwork, audio, video, text and data. By uploading content, customers grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers to do the same. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice using the process below.

To report allegedly infringing content, send a notice to support@fannera.com including:

• your name and contact details;
• identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
• the location of the content on the platform (URL and/or screenshot);
• a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised;
• a statement, made in good faith and under penalty of perjury or equivalent, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content and notify the uploader. The uploader may submit a counter-notice explaining why they believe the content does not infringe; we may restore the content unless the rights-holder initiates court proceedings.

Accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights may be suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.

We have not yet designated a DMCA agent under 17 U.S.C. §512(c); when we do, the agent's contact details will be published here. Until then, US rights-holders should send DMCA notices to support@fannera.com and we will respond in accordance with the process above.
