How the 14-day trial bills
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. You create an account with an email and password, and no payment details are collected or stored during the 14 days.
- What happens on day 15?
- Nothing is charged — there is no card on file. Your workspace switches to read-only: everything you created stays and can still be exported, while new uploads, broadcasts and fan sign-ups pause until you pick a plan.
- What exactly starts a paid subscription?
- Choosing a plan in Settings → Billing and completing Stripe checkout. That is the only action that authorises payment, and billing starts on the day you complete it — the trial never converts on its own.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from the Stripe billing portal in Settings. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace returns to read-only with all your data intact.
