Sub-processors
Last updated: 25 August 2026
Fannera uses the third-party sub-processors below to provide the service. This list is maintained as part of our Data Processing Agreement. We will notify label customers by email before a new sub-processor is added, and you may object to a new sub-processor as described in the DPA.

| Lovable | Application hosting, build and content delivery of fannera.com. | EU / US edge network | UK Addendum to EU SCCs / UK–US Data Bridge where applicable. |
| Stripe | Payment processing for subscriptions and fan purchases (Stripe Checkout / Connect). Card details never touch our servers. | US / EU | UK–US Data Bridge (Stripe participates) and UK Addendum to EU SCCs. |
| Resend | Transactional and broadcast email delivery (receipts, magic links, label broadcasts). | US | UK Addendum to EU SCCs / UK–US Data Bridge where applicable. |
| PostHog | Product analytics and session replay for fannera.com. Loaded only for visitors who accept analytics cookies; signed-in users are identified by account ID only. | PostHog EU Cloud (eu.i.posthog.com) | Processing in the EU; UK Addendum to EU SCCs where personal data is transferred outside the UK. |
Labels can additionally connect their own Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel to their public release and smart-link pages. Those pixels are the label’s own trackers: the label is the controller for that data and the visitor’s marketing consent is collected by our cookie banner before any pixel loads.
